This beautiful German Style house was build in 1911 by the same man that build the Windhoek Train Station. He was resident in the house at the time. The house is situated in a quiet road in the Windhoek CBD. It was used as offices since the late 1980’s.
Two buildings
From the outside the offices are deceiving as it appears that it is only the old German House, but the erf is very big and at the back of the original house there is a second building connected to the first building. The two buildings have separate entrances and could be used as two independent office units. The total office area is 681m2, with the back building 226m2 and the front building 455m2
Offices
There are 28 individual offices.
There are also two communal office areas that can be subdivided or used as open plan office space. In addition there are three secretarial areas that can services the offices.
Boardroom
The building has a large boardroom that is situated next to reception and has its own facilities.

The building has a total of 30 parking bays of which 12 are in an underground garage at the back of the building.
